Usage:
Instructions: Spray 4-5 pumps onto the skin and massage it in (especially suitable for use before bedtime or spraying onto damp skin after bathing). When applied to the skin, the product has a silky and oily consistency, leaving the skin soft and smooth. After drying, a light layer of salt may remain on the skin after some time. This can be rinsed off (but is not necessary) after twenty minutes. Initial applications may cause a brief tingling sensation on the skin. To avoid this, magnesium oil can be diluted with water or applied to damp/wet skin. It's excellent for athletes to relieve muscle tension or cramps after exercise.
